CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you cancel any reservations you cannot make, no later than 1 hour prior to the start of class. This also includes child care reservations as well. Failure to cancel a class you cannot attend will result in an automatic $5 no-show fee charged to the card on file.

If the class has 3 or less participants enrolled in any class offering, then that class will be cancelled. No shows, last minute cancellations, and all pre-paid classes are non-refundable. Specific personalized situations do not fall under this umbrella and will be treated differently.

Policies & Terms

All packages purchased expire 6 months after purchase date!
Simply Fit & Fun reserves the right to cancel/change classes at any time with notice to our customers.
There will be no increases in fees without communication with the clients.
By purchasing our memberships, packages, and single visits to attend our classes you are agreeing to the terms of Simply Fit & Fun.
Simply Fit & Fun is not responsible for any other fees incurred with purchasing classes.
